Dr. Maryam N Bickell, DO

Lenape Valley itself isn't great, but Dr Bickell is. She's been treating me for more than 5 years now for anxiety and depression and has been wonderful. She listens to what I have to say, understands I don't want to be on meds unless necessary and advocates for my patient rights. I feel she's the best psychiatrist I've ever had.

My son has been going to Lenape for 1 year. No Improvement on symptoms. Dr Bickell gave a wrong diagnosis and ignored our phone asking to address the depression and anxiety issues which landed him in a psychiatric ward. After 4 psychiatrist reviews, said there is no bipolar or schizophrenia or high functioning autism. This is a depression and axiety issue due to not being treated for ADHD when he was younger. DO NOT GO TO LENAPE or be treated by this horrible so called doctor.

Once I got over the shock of seeing how young she looked (I am in my 80's and she is a lot older than she looks) , I saw how professional and competent she was. I think she is a perfect fit for me and my situation.
