Was a patient there not any more because 1 he never read's your file have to keep telling him the same thing over and over 2 he told me I was being unruly and absurd for refusing to give someone my name not even at his office said I'm not I'm protecting my privacy rights and refuse to be told what to do by any reason I'll were my mask and take the temperature but that's it said he was going to make phone calls to see if I was wanted by the police that's a privacy violation on a number of levels he can't be trusted on any thing no matter if you sign the privacy rights paperwork filled out multiple record's release forms they didn't get any of those just wasted all my time for nothing Just wants a check on Friday records are for a reason if your at any office and you call records office and there not there that's how you weed out the good Dr,s and the check collector's he's a check collector and a privacy rights violator stay far away I've been to a lot of Dr's up and down the east… coast and never been treated so poorly.

Thus man is narcissistic and a womanizer. Doesnt care about your opinion and claims to be a godly man, this is not the case. Treats patients with favoritism and lack of general care and concern

Dr Tootell reminds me of the old time family doctors. He spends enough time with me, understands what I am telling him as well as explains things so I can understand them. His staff is nothing short of first rate!
