Dr. Matthew Craig Popkin, MD

I got a call today from this Pathema Group, Dr. Popkins. I had no idea whom this was. So, since I'm a Dr myself, also own a private duty home care agency, do house calls through my agency and also have a home there in Fl I decided to look up whom this was since it was a telemarketer that left a message. It was a unclear message. Therefore, I decided to look on here to see the info as to who was calling trying to figure out why they was calling. Clearly telemarketing is not a very professional way of trying to contact another medical professional regardless of why. So, please remove me from your call list of telemarketers. I.do not have time for calls soliciting.

Dr. Popkin is Chief Medical Officer and CEO of a company that uses telemarketing to try to get patients to request unneeded genetic tests from their PCP. I am a doctor, and one of my older patient with memory issues almost fell for what I consider to be a scam by his company.

Wonderful experience. Front desk staff is courteous, accommodating and Jessica was very helpful getting me a last minute appointment. Dr. Popkin took care of all my issues and even spoke to the pharmacist personally to make sure my medications were covered by my insurance drug plan. A+

I was surprised to see the above review as it is completely the opposite of how you have always treated me and my entire family. You have always been respectful, knowledgeable and always accepted my health insurance companies payments regardless of how poorly they paid you. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything you do for me and my family.
