Dr. Matthias Michael Von Reusner, MD

Dr. Von Reusner was patient with me, answered all of my questions, discussed various treatment options, and made referrals when necessary. I am pleased to have him as my new primary care physician.

Does not return patient calls that call service and are sick and his rude. Not good for this practice

I have been going to this office for 4 years. Everytime, I have to call the office and get my blood work order, the doctor keeps telling me the Office should be sending this to me before my appointment. When I call and ask they are rude and explain to me they are busy and will get back to me. It also took four visit and several phone calls to get my prescriptions moved to another drug store. WHY?

Its hard to have a warm fuzzy feeling about a doctor's visit when the reception staff is arguably the most rude and inept I've come across. The tone of voice they use emphasizes how disgruntled they are. I offered my insurance information several times, and was told I didn't need it now and to bring it at the appointment. I received a call from the receptionist/secretary who said the doctor can't see me today (the day of my appointment) without my insurance information. This was most annoying because I have surgery scheduled in 5 days and needed the clearance. There are a lot of great doctors in the area, I wouldn't waste my time with this office.
