Dr. Maxim Pekarev, MD

I first met Dr. Max through unfortunate circumstances after I was involved in a car crash leading to multiple bones in my face and hand that were broken. He patiently performed multiple surgeries and saw me frequently in clinic. I cannot thank him and his team enough for my recovery from such a traumatic experience. I followed up with a breast lift and implants since I felt I was given another chance and again could not be happier with precise work. My life is great and I am truly grateful for all!

It was my very first time visiting a plastic surgeon. Not by choice... Ha! I was attacked by a dog in the face. He had gotten the best part of my cheek, upper lip and ear. It was a sudden event, as one would assume, and needless to say I was very assure as to what the outcome would be. I was transferred from Arlington Memorial to Harris Methodist to immediately undergo surgery to protect the vital tissues and what remained. Or that's what I got from it all!!! Coming from a cosmetic background myself not only was I worried about symmetry but the emotional value the toll it can really take on someone. Everyone handles things differently and that's what I truly like about Dr. Pekarev. He really takes that's into accountability. He was answered MANY of my ever so aesthetically appealing questions along with what would happen internally. I am discouraged to use the term "oh yeah, that's easy" but those meaningless words where what ,rant so much to me. I am beyond satisfied with Dr. Pekarev… and his beautiful staff. They truly make me feel like I'm part of the "crew."

Dr pekarev is a great doctor. .would defiantly recomend him to anyone..and we loved Monica she is one of the sweetiest nurses I've ever know..the whole staff was very nice.

I ended up in Dr. Max's hands after a very unfortunate and severe accident that caused some damage to my lip/mouth. Not only did he did a phenomenal job repairing the damage, but his bedside manner and follow-up was outstanding. He calmed my nerves, and made me feel confident in the outcome. His work was impeccable, and even after a couple of weeks, the improvement is still hard to grasp. My husband and I both are shocked at what a great job he did. I'm confident that I will heal completely, and no one will know anything ever happened.

Dr. Pekarev is a talented surgeon. Excellent bedside manner, very thorough in his explanations, takes his time and answers all questions. He performed a skin graft and provided wound care for my brother after he developed an infection after triple bypass. At each appointment, he makes one feel at ease, like he has known you a long time. His front office staff is just as friendly. His nurse practitioner is just as knowledgeable and thorough as well. They are truly a caring group of professionals.

This doctors office is one of my most pleasant visits. Dr. Pekarev treats me like he's been knowing me for years and it's only been 3 months. I love his personality and bedside manner. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.

Dr. Max is kind, compassionate, and funny! He made getting my procedure easy, and dare I say it? Fun! He is a skilled professional who is fantastic at what he does. I would definitely see him again and recommend him to anyone for the types of procedures he does in his practice!
