I went because I had big ugly varicose veins. The CFIM team fully explained my options. They were very professional and friendly. They are also very experienced in what they do. I actually learned why varicose veins happen! Then they treated the underlying problem, and provided close followup care. Then they cleaned up my little spider veins with sclerotherapy. In a few months, my legs were actually thinner and lighter because I did not realize how much swelling I had. I felt like I was given a new pair of legs!

Dr. Antani works at Southern Maryland Vascular Institute (www.smvi.biz). He specializes in varicose veins (reason I went there), uterine fibroids, arterial disease of the legs, and other minimally invasive procedures. He is EXCELLENT, very patient and listened to all my concerns. He fully explained my lab and ultrasound results to me and discussed the treatment plan. His procedure skills are top notch -- you cannot get a better doctor, trust me.
