Mehmet Caglar Berk, MD; is a pediatric neurosurgeon with Legacy Medical Group-Neurosurgery at Randall Children's Hospital - Legacy Emanuel. He is board-eligible by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and the American Board of Pediatric Neurological Surgery. Dr. Berk earned his medical degree from Hacettepe University, in his native country - Turkey. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Ankara University. He reached the rank of Associate Professor before embarking on his career in the USA. Dr. Berk also completed a residency training in Neurological Surgery, and a postgraduate certificate program in human investigations at Oregon Health and Science University, in Portland. He is fellowship trained in both Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery and Pediatric Neurological Surgery. Dr. Berk's research focuses on clinical outcomes and he authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals.
