Dr. Melanie Lynn Bozard, MD

My father was a patient of Dr. Bozard, I called her office numerous times expressing concerns about his health and requested a call back. She never called, and when I called her office to tell them he died she never called, not even to express sympathy to my mother who is also a patient of hers of many years.

Dr. Bozard listens carefully, you don’t feel rushed. She will discuss your symptoms, and carefully explain your treatment. She never dismises your concerns. A patient for 7 years, no complaints.

Dr. Bozard would not listen to my c/o pain. She kept asking if it was described in a way that I had not described and did not exist and she had me repeat my symptoms over 5 times. She would not treat my pain as it was. She wanted me to describe it in another way, her way, that did not exist. Then the nurse, Dannie, rushed me through like I was in a cattle drive. She refused to discuss my refills, said the doc did not have any scripts for me, and rushed me out. There were scripts, she just did not want to look on the printer for them. The scripts were for an antidepressent and the pain was not in my mind. I had to ask the people at the front desk who were totally clueless. My pain was not treated.
