Has no compassion

I went a couple times cause I was having covid 19 symptoms a lot of shortness of breath. The two np I saw didn’t seem bother by it and pass it off as anxiety that my appearance look “Good” I even tried to get tested there also but the np said they couldn’t cause my insurance wouldn’t cover I was like wow after all that’s happening ur worrying about getting paid I’m scheduled to go back to work n I didn’t want anybody to get expose if I have it n I explain that to her but she didn’t care her exact words were “oh well what can do if u get it”. No consideration for there pts health so disappointing

I went to this doctors office a couple of times this past week because I was experiencing covid 19 symptoms the both Nps I saw didn’t even care what symptoms I was experiencing they brush it off as anxiety. I tried explaining to them I couldn’t breath but it didn’t bother them they both said my appearance look “Good” and I tried to get tested but the second np I went to said they couldn’t do it there cause of my insurance! I was wow I thought with everything going on the last thing they would think about is getting paid and then Im schedule to go back to work n I explain to her I didn’t want to expose no one if I do but she didn’t care. Now I’m experiencing chest pain n sob my opinion is don’t go to this doctor no consideration what so ever for there patients. Very disappointing n bad experience

Very pleased with friendly staff. Office is beautiful and tasteful and Dr. Fuentes solved a skin problem my previous doctor said I would just "have to live with". You know when you have found a better answer. This clinic is definitely a cut above.

Dr. Fuentes' office is an excellent model for all Physicians offices. Her staff and Followup were exemplary and convenient in every way.

Dr. Fuentes office is a friendly environment and their staff very helpful. Waiting time is minimal and that's a plus in my books. Dr. Fuentes provided professional care and concern for her patients...I being one of them. She is approachable and understanding regarding your health concerns. I felt very comfortable in her presence and was easy to talk to. I would definately go back to Dr Fuentes again regarding any medical concerns or issues.

Dr. Melecia Fuentes is the most caring doctor I've ever had. She is thorough in examinations, spends as much time as I need, answers questions in a way I can understand, and is consistently right-on with her diagnoses. The appointment wait time has always been very short, and she has a wonderful staff, friendly and very competent. And she treats me like a family member. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Fuentes is exceptional!!!!. She's the best Dr I know . I have visits other clinics/doctors and no one compares to Dr Melecia . Thanks Dr. Melecia for taking the time with your patients and giving the care that we as patients deserve.
