Dr. Melissa Kaye Dixon, MD

Terrible office staff. No one gets back to you when you leave a message to get your prescription refilled. When you call the appointment line, it's a call center and they are extremely rude and don't give the doctor your message. I had to find another dermatologist since Dr. Dixon and her staff don't care about their patients.

She is knowledgeable enough to give you a diagnosis. But that is all. She isn’t compassionate towards her patients. I have never been able to get an emergency appointment with her. I’ve booked months in ahead, just to show up and then tell me she has left for the day. I’ve tried many times to get appointments with her but never can. I know she is listed as a “hs specialist” but she is absolutely not. Save your time. If I had better insurance I wouldn’t even step foot in certified dermatology.

Great doctor. Listens and always see great results

I was happy to not have to have a big Mohs procedure done and just a minor surgery. He is a great guy and very detailed in his work.

Dr. Dixon is great. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She gets to the point, thorough. Great dermatologist.

The doctor was excellent and very busy. I like that the receptionist Sandy kept in touch with me and accommodated me with calling me in when they were ready to see me. I appreciated not having to wait in the waiting room to just get a repeat surgery

Thankful to finally have this done and put behind me. The staff was great and the doctor was great as well.

The doctor was pristine with his work and I did not feel anything. The office was pretty and smelled good. The staff here was amazing and very attentive.
