Highly Unprofessional Doctor and staff.

Great doctor but extremely rude staff and terribly long wait!

I don't know if its all men the Dr. hates or just me...She treated me awful. About a year I had an appt. to see Dr. Knuckles. I always pay my bills promptly so I took a check so I could pay my part of the bill. When I got there the lady at the desk said I had to pay a copay before I could even see the Dr. So I wrote the only check I had. I waited forever. When I was called back to a room I waited forever again. Finally the Dr. came in. I would guess she looked me over in about 1min. She said I had some places that needed to be frozen. Then the nurse asked if I was able to pay!!!....I told her I had wrote the only check I had when I first got there. The Dr. SAID WELL THE PLACES ARE NOT THAT BAD. IF THAY GET WORSE...COME BACK!!! The Dr. was very short and hateful!!!All this took place in about 3min's or so. I will never go back to see this Dr.!!! I would give no star if possible...

Just and Excellent Doctor

This was my first time to be seen by Dr. Knuckles. She was very courteous, very knowledgeable and very thorough. Great exam, great visit!

I was seen by Dr. Knuckles about a week ago for the first time. I can't express enough about the care I received. Her and her staff went above and beyond to explain things to me and how they made me feel right at home.

Dr. knuckles is a sorry excuse for a dr. She doesn’t spend any time with her patients but charges them for a 45 minute visit. I am shocked she even has a license still. He staff always seems to be over worked and stressed. I have personally witnessed her being condescending to the staff. After speaking with one of her so called nurses, who doesn’t have an actual nursing degree, they never get a lunch or break. They stated Dr Knuckles said she doesn’t pay for breaks or overtime. So it looks like she is violating many laws and no one does anything about it because she has two so called lawyers, her sisters, who work in her office. I’ve never seen one of them do a thing but run her mouth and bring her dog to the office. Would never recommend this dr. To anyone. PLEASE find some where else to go.

If I could, I would give her less than one star. If you are looking for a dermatologist, keep looking. Terrible experience in every way.

Terrible. I stood at the window waiting to sign in over five minutes while being ignored. Almost two hours to see the doctor. The nurse was very rude and laughed and made fun of my occupation after asking about my job. The doctor was condescending. I can’t believe they are getting away with treating people this way. I had been told by others not to go to this doctor. I now know why.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I never have and never will visit another doctor more caring and invested in their patient's welfare. She is beyond qualified, well-educated, she is truly someone who cares about you, your life, and well-being. SHE IS THE MEANING OF M.D.
