Great Doctor, and Nurse care! My only complaint is that I was told (and given in writing) that my appointment was at 6 AM, but when I got there the lights were out and the door locked with a sign saying that the the doors didn't open until 6:30! Not only that, but when I was let in at 6:30 and mentioned this to the in-take desk, she said the doors had been opened (which they weren't). I let it drop then, but I really feel leaving patients sitting in their car for a half hour wondering what's going on is not the best way to start an appointment.

My colonoscopy experience with Dr Bay was excellent from the moment I met him until after the procedure when he explained my results to me. He was friendly informative and all around it was a great experience. I highly recommend him to other patients needing this procedure.
