Dr. Michael E Boczar, DO

I was in the emergency room with my brother and Dr. Boczar was the physician on staff. I told three different staff members on more than one occasion that I wanted to speak with the doctor. They all told me that he knew and that the message was sent. I waited 4 hours to speak to him and he finished his shift and never came to speak to me, he just left knowing I wanted to speak to him. That is very rude and unprofessional. Not only was the service from the doctor poor but the whole experience at this hospital was horrible. A new nurse came in at 3 and I didn't even know a new nurse was on staff 3 1/2 hours later, she never came in and introduced herself or to check on her patient. My brother asked for a blanket before I got there at 11:00 am and did not receive one untill after 3:00 pm. He asked for some heartburn medication at 5:45 and when I left the hospital at 7:00 he still had not received any. He was treated more as a criminal than a patient. I could not believe the treatment or… lack of that was received at this hospital.
