He did not take enough time with me nor he explained AT ALL, how the procedure would be. Very mediocre "service".

Absolutely awful practice. Had an initial appointment, had some pretty bad vibes, but went through with it regardless. Had a followup scheduled for two weeks later as the prescription wasn't working, but returned to find the door locked, and literally saw the doctor ignore my knocking, and leave through a different exit. Called the office and was told that they had left a voicemail to tell me they changed my appointment. Said I didn't receive any voicemails, and they accused me of giving them the wrong number. I asked them what number they used, and they said they didn't have anything written down. So, why did they say they left me a voicemail? They also mentioned they only keep contact information on paper, instead of an electronic system. What a miserable place that was a complete waste of time and money.

Horrific experience with this office and their staff. When scheduling an appointment for my daughter they only asked me to bring the copy of the authorization which included my daughters member ID. I called the insurance and my pediatrician which they both stated the authorization with member ID info is sufficient to be seen by ANY doctor. This office refused, I had both my insurance and pediatrician fax the copy to 3 different fax numbers and each time they lied that they did not get it so that it would hit 5pm so the doctor could jam out of there. At this point I have been there for almost 1 hour trying to satisfy their request. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. And the attitude was the cherry on top. They did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. Their solution was to pay cash to be seen and then get reimbursed? Are u kidding me? Why would I put myself through that hassle? No insurance will reimburse me after paying $100 dollars for an office visit. Mr rip off… doctor is trying to pull a fast one cuz he knows he won't get anything near $100 bucks if I were to use my insurance. I was already skeptical about this doctor based on his reviews and after my experience I understand previous patients

I had 2 different GP doctors tell me a spot on my back was eczema. Went to Dr. Borok and he diagnosed it as a skin cancer. He also found another smaller one. He removed both. I have been to other dermatologists but have found that Dr. Borok gets the job done.

Office staff does not take care of patient needs in a timely fashion. They had not even gotten my copies of my MR for my follow up appointment. They just waste your time. Avoid this office at all costs!
