Dr. Michael Daniel Grant, MD

Tried to schedule an appointment but was told they would not accept our Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. Blue Cross said we could pay and then file with them but the insurance person at Dr. Grant's office rudely told us they would not accept our insurance and that was that. Don't want to go a practice where the staff is uncaring and rude.

Dr. Grant is ALWAYS early or on time. He treated me with care and respect from the first visit, through surgery, and all follow ups. His staff is the best!

Very rude office staff (Nancy). Doctor Grant is not quite as rude, but wants to get rid of you as fast as possible unless he is cutting on you. If you are talking to him, he will interrupt constantly an make you feel like you are wasting his time. Find a more caring doctor and office.

I called to schedule a consult with the doctor, for my upcoming prophylactic double mastectomy. His two office staff were both extremely rude to me, they asked my age and then completely blew me off saying they would not see me unless something was found in a mammogram. It seems as if they do not understand of a prophylactic mastectomy due to a genetic mutation and family history of breast and other cancers. Unfortunately this doctor has lost a potential patient because of how his staff treated me.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Grant. He always lets you know he is right along side you no matter what your journey is through breast cancer. He listens and understands what your needs and fears are. I highly recommend this doctor. His office staff is wonderful too. You can place your complete trust is this doctor and his staff.

When I was diagnosed I had been living with an aggressive cancer for a year. I'm alive and cancer free and that's as good as it gets. DR. Grant is as transparent as he can be and saved my life. His staff was professional and courteous. Again I'm alive what better reference is there.

Dr. Grant and his staff are excellent. Very compassionate and caring and do an excellent job.

Nancy Bowels needs to improve her customer service skills. Very rude and hung up on me.
