Dr. Michael Esposito, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Esposito for approximately 5 years. I have had a chronic pain condition for the past 10 years and he is the only doctor who has ever helped me. Most of my previous doctors just gave me several pain pills. None of them worked. He actually thinks of different ways to help you. He comes up with new methods for pain relief including different kinds of injections. And he really cares about helping you. He is a very good listener. Now that he has his own practice I think he will be even more successful. I would recommend him to literally everyone I know because he is such a good doctor and I appreciate all he has done for me. His staff in Vero Beach is also amazing! You really couldn’t ask for a better office. Give him a chance to prove himself because you won’t be sorry.

Dr Esposito is on the cutting edge of interventional pain treatment. He is well versed in traditional pain management techniques but also employs new and innovative treatments. I had been in pain for years and had been on all different types of medications like Morphine and Percocet, and Lyrica without much relief and side effects. Dr Esposito took the time to listen to me and explain why I was in pain and offered a variety of treatment options. Eventually I trialed a spinal cord stimulator and I was so amazed at the pain relief. I almost cried when the trialed ended. But a few weeks later I had the stimulator implanted and I have had virtually no pain ever since! This was over 2 years ago. Since that time, Dr Esposito has worked with me to wean off all of my medications. I couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Esposito! Thank you!

Wonderful experience. I had been to a couple of other pain management practices and nothing worked. Dr. E didn’t waste my time trying the same treatments that didn’t work in the past. He knows the latest and greatest treatments. He recommended a new type of spinal cord stimulator called DRG. I had trials of older ones and they didn’t work so I was skeptical. I Trialed the DRG and it worked great! I have now had it implanted for over a year and I still have 90% relief! His amazing staff also deserve recognition. The nurses are wonderful and the office staff are friendly. I also like the fact that you can follow Dr E and his clinic on social media. I didn’t realize that he travels across the country speaking at conferences and teaching other doctors advanced treatments. Truly on the cutting edge!

Wonderful doctor, great staff!

He fixed the mess that the spine surgeries caused. He did an Procedure called a lysis of adhesions which helped my leg pain quite a bit. It broke up the scar tissue that formed after my surgeries. I wish someone told me about my options sooner and before undergoing repeated surgeries. He has a great team! They all care!

I've had pain for so long and have had many epidurals and ablations and even back surgery without help. Dr. Esposito made the correct diagnosis that many others couldn't. He said it was the joint below my spine called the SI joint and said after back surgery this joint can ofter cause pain. He did a quick cortisone injection with x-ray and I got 100% for 4 months. When the pain returned I went back and got another and am doing great. His staff is wonderful too!

Dr. Esposito has been wonderful. He is so smart and innovative yet down to earth. He knows all the latest treatments and can teach you in understandable terms. Before seeing Dr. Esposito I had tried meds, injections, and even had back surgery twice without getting much better. Now I’m nearly pain free 2 years after Dr. Esposito implanted a spinal cord stimulator. Seeing Dr. Esposito was the best decision I ever made. Thank you!!

Dr Esposito is a kind and intelligent doctor. He takes the time to listen, examine, and explain. He doesn’t throw a prescription at you to get you to keep in coming back month after month like most docs. He actually treated the underlying cause of my pain. I’ve only had to see him a couple of times over the years for pain flares. Each time he tunes me up and I’m able to go about living my life.

Dr. Esposito and his staff are wonderful! He is at the cutting edge of pain management options. Not only is he personable and willing to take the time to listen and examine you, but he also provides the latest and greatest treatment options. Other doctors just wanted to keep doing injections that didn't work and feed me addictive pills that weren't really that helpful and came with side effects. I'm feeling the best I have in years after having a DRG stimulator implanted for my foot and ankle pain.

Great doctor with great staff. Makes you feel comfortable and treats you like a family member. Down to earth but you can tell he is brilliant. I call him my "Doogie Houser." My pain is so much improved. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Esposito by my regular pain doctor for a pain pump because my medications weren't giving much enough relief anymore. He did a test injection and I was pain free for 24 hours and was able to go to Disney with my children and grandchildren. I then had the pain pump implanted. It was a quick outpatient procedure and the recovery wasn't bad. His staff were amazing. I have had the pump for over 2 years now and I feel like a whole new person with the pain pump. Im not constipated anymore and I feel like my brain works better. And I don't have to go in monthly anymore for my medications, just every couple of months to get the pump refilled. Very nice doctor. He does great work with his hands. I am pain free now! His staff is terrific as well! It took some time to get in to see him for an appointment but I understand why as he in high demand. The wait is worth it. I highly recommend.

Nice guy. Personable. Takes the time to sit down and discuss what's going on. Gave me an overview of treatment options from conservative to more invasive. Started with PT and he prescribed a nerve pain medication and I'm doing quite well.

Dr. Esposito and his staff are truly wonderful. They are so caring and understanding. I’ve been to several pain doctors in the past and all they did was put me in an assembly line for pills and injections. I’ve had 2 back surgeries and the meds and injections didn’t help. Dr. Esposito took the time to listen to me and actually went over my MRI with me and my husband. He explained what that scar tissue and nerve damage was causing my pain. He didn’t repeat the injections and prescribe meds that haven’t worked before. Although I was skeptical, he recommended a trial of a neurostimulator...and it changed my life! I have had it implanted for a little over a year and I am 99% better (there is always room for improvement, right?!)! I’m not taking any meds anymore and don’t have to deal with their side effects. I wish I met him sooner. Dr. Esposito is the doctor you go to when no one else can help.

Dr. E is awesome! He is kind, caring, engaging, and takes the time to explain what is causing my pain and how to treat that underlying issue. (It doesn’t hurt that he is easy on the eyes too) He doesn’t mask it with narcotics. Wake up people! He is an interventional pain doctor. He uses interventional treatments to treat your pain. Why are you so surprised he doesn’t prescribe a lot of narcotics? Maybe because they don’t work. Maybe because of his expertise. He is actually a well trained doc and his knowledge and experience treating patients means more than your dependence on drugs. Maybe because there was something concerning about you seeking meds. Keep up the great care, Dr. E. Don’t listen to the drug seeking haters.

I met Dr. Esposito today for a consult and I was very impressed with him. He clearly explained my back problems and treatments he could do. He was personable and calm which helped greatly to ease my anxiety. He is clearly well educated in his field, and I am very optimistic at finally getting some, if not all, pain relief.

After having seen several pain management doctors who kept on feeding me pills and doing injections that stopped helping, I went to Dr. Esposito for a second opinion and he recommended trying a neurostimulator...and it worked! It has been almost a year and a half since I had it implanted and I have never felt this great! No more pills that made me tired and had me feeling like my head was in the clouds. Dr. Esposito is the best and his staff are excellent!
