Wait times are ridiculous! He comes in with the same line, "Sorry for the wait, I appreciate you waiting". The times I have met with him I have gotten the feeling that he isn't very trust worthy. I don't think my health was in his best interest. You can formulate your own opinion, but I have since found a different doctor.

Waited an hour and twenty minutes and still not seen. Staff acted like this was a everyday occurrence and should be expected. Wrong

Wait time is awful at the office. Staff is ok. Does not take time to listen to ur problems.

Dr. Heinle is always very compassionate and takes his time. He listens to me and offers encouragement. Wait times aren't long-there may be an occassional delay due to an emergency. But his staff always keeps me informed and updated. Dr. Heinle answers my questions adequately and if he doesn't know an answer he gets back to me when he finds it. I would recommend him to family and friends. He also has a wonderful office staff who are as helpful as courteous as he is.
