I am a new patient with Graves’ disease. After meeting Dr. Michael Richard, who is very pleasant and intelligent he gave me all the time I needed to ask for all the information I wanted. He explained in simple terms until I completely understood and was satisfied. The staff at the Neigel Center was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Dr. Richard has my best interest in his mind and I am very happy that I had the opportunity to meet him. I will refer any of my family to him, should they ever need medical care for any eye problems.
