RUDE RUDE RUDE

Dr. James was yelling at and berating his staff while I sat in my paper gown, waiting for him to give me an epidural injection. I felt so small and powerless-I wanted to run away.I have witnessed Dr. James' rudeness many times.Thank goodness I have found a different medical office.
