Excellent overall - extremely pleased with Dr. Rains and his supportive assistant (don't recall her name, but she was as great as the doctor - very pretty with blue highlights) Great team!!! I was treated with a nice sincere smile when entering the office. Checked in in about a minute and was received by a very professional assistant. Maybe two minutes later, Dr. Rains was in the office with a smile and great memory of my condition during my last visit, which was 3-4 months prior. I've been so pleased with my experiences that I'm highly recommending Dr. Rains and Evans Dermatology to all my family and friends. I was also pleased to hear that a long term coworker of mine had a similar experience just the day before my follow up visit. Thanks for taking such good care of my coworker through my recommendation. More to follow...Don't change a thing! I must also mention that one of my prescriptions was free of charge at the time of pick up... You should model your business plan… as it can't get any better based my past three visits. An excellent service with sincere smiles, great advice, efficient prescription processing, visible results of my condition and I was returning back to work in a good mood with a smile on my face.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Rains and I was favorably impressed by both him and his staff. They were timely, professional and made what could have been an uncomfortable procedure much more comfortable. Dr. Rains has a great bedside manner, which put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor to boot. I am definitely pleased to find a dermatologist with a great attitude that appears to care about the patient and is enthusiastic about his profession.

Went in to have a check up and get a diagnosis on a rash. It was my first time ever seeing a dermatologist so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Dr. Rains took great care in explaining what was going on, and easing my mind. I left with good peace of mind and extremely thankful that I had found Evans Dermatology and Dr. Rains.
