Dr. Michael Wong Lui, MD

Dr. Michael Lui & his staff are outstanding in almost every aspect. One area that needs improvement is that scheduled appointment times & dates are exactly that...scheduled. Dr. Lui's staff calls a bit too often to change appointment times & dates. They should understand that those of us who work often times have to put in for time off weeks ahead of our scheduled appointments & cannot easily change them to accommodate Dr. Lui's office staff's frequent requests to change times & dates. Perhaps some acknowledgement or appreciation from his staff would make things better when having to change out scheduled dates or times of appointments.

Dr. Michael Lui is outstanding! He is caring, personable, knowledgeable and an all round awesome healthcare professional. Dr. Lui indeed takes time to listen to his patients and ensures that all questions and concerns are addressed. Dr. Lui and his staff provide a very high level of care and customer service. If you ever need to see a neurologist, Dr. Lui is an excellent choice. It takes a while to get an appointment with him, but it is definitely worth the wait. Thank you.
