Dr. Michael R Nicoletti, MD

Great clinical doctor but practices in probably the single worst patient services and office staff I have ever encountered. Making appointments is a horrific nightmare -- as is the glad-handing do-nothing "Patient Access Services," which promises return phone calls to address appointment issues but never under any circumstances returns a call, sends you back to square one when the patient calls back wasting enormous time, puts patients on hold endlessly when they complain and generally is the least effective and most evasive patient services office I can imagine. Too bad a great doctor, as Dr. Nicoletti is, doesn't practice in a better office environment. Were I evaluating Dr. Nicoletti's skill alone, I would call it a 10 but with his office environment, this rating, which I am sorry to leave, is what I feel I am responsible to write to educate other patients.

I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling an appt with Dr. Nicoletti. He's is unresponsive to your phone calls and concerns. I've been calling for 4 days for a prescription for a test and no response from the doctor or his staff.

DON'T!!! Don't go there! They are unprofessional, incompetent and ignorant. I have been suffering from herniated disc and sciatica, being in huge pain, not able to go to work. And I have been waiting for treatment there for 5 weeks!!! They didn't file sufficient documentation for injection, insurance followed up with them twice and they never got back to them so the claim was rejected. In the meantime I called them 3 times, even offered to pay myself being desperate of the pain. The call center answering those calls is useless, no one ever got back to me. Finally I went there in person. They promised to do peer to peer review. 10 days later and additional 2 calls, nothing. Finally I had it with them. Called insurance and filed a complaint. I will be scheduling appointment somewhere else now.
