Dr. Raio and his staff are thorough and caring. While some doctors "rush" through an appointment, I have never felt that way here, he takes the time to explain everything.

As always the office staff an Medical personnel are caring and attentive.

Dr. Raio seemed like a caring doctor on the first visit. He was very nice and quite humorous. He ordered bloodwork and I was assured I would get the results in a week. After calling the office several times and even stopping into the office, it took 45 days to get my results. This is unacceptable. I then needed a refill for a medication that I take daily. Thanks to him, I waited 28 days for that medication. Again, I called and called his office. Again, this is unacceptable. Perhaps if you have a cold, he may be the doctor for you. If you want more out of your doctor, don't bother with this one.

I called Dr. Raio when my husband was not feeling well and he told me to get him to the emergency room. The emergency room doctors were going to send my husband home but Dr. Raio came down to emergency unexpectedly and said 'we need to admit him'. They did and after some testing, it was determined he had a blockage and would have had a heart attack at home instead of the emergency room. He had a quadruple bypass that saved his life.

A real sweet doctor. I hate doctors, but he was very sweet and funny and made you feel real calm and comfortable. Did everything he could to help me with the issues i was having.

I was dr. raio's very first patient....14 years later I still continue to trust his knowledge and enjoy seeing his staff..they are all very friendly and very helpful....dr. raio is very easy to talk to and he never fails to ask how is everything going in your life...never do I feel rushed or unimportant in his office...he follows up with calls at my home and explains everything in details......what is the best is that he refers you to specialists that his own family uses....I highly recommend him for everyone's family doctor...

I was referred to this doctor through a friend. My first appointment was a routine examination for preventive care. I was told on the phone that my blood work would be done through the office. I was disappointed when I was examined and a prescription for blood work was then given to me... another trip to a medical office. I called a few weeks later to get my bloodwork results and was told that the doctor would have contacted me if anything was out of range. So... the doctor called me about two days later to discuss my blood work which happened to be out of range on several results. I was extremely disappointed. Finally, I follow my claims for my medical insurance and he never submitted to my company. I then contacted my medical coverage representative and was told that no copay should have been charged at the time of the visit for preventive care. I called the doctor's office to request a refund and was told that it would be mailed. Two weeks later, still no check for my $30 copay. I… am not going back to this physician and a coworker that I recommended this doctor to went through the exact same thing. Also, whenever I did need to contact the doctor, the phone would just ring and then cut off. No answer on several occasions. Terrible office policies.

Dr. Raio is an awesome doctor & all around wonderful man. Everyone I reccomened him to they all love him. He has a caring side about him & is always there for his pacients. Out of all the doctors I go to for specialty Dr. Raio is my utmost FAVORITE!
