Dr Michael Resnikoff, MD

Dr. Resnikoff is one of the Best doctors I've ever met. He operated on my leg and inserted a stent. He is a compassionate and very nice person. He explains every procedure His diagnosis is accurate and he is just a plain great doctor,. I would gladly recommend him

I don't know Dr. Resnikof, except I'm being told that he read ultrasound test results and charged my insurance company. My insurance won't pay because he is not a radiologist and should have known to get a precert for this but didn't. Now the Dr. wants 488 dollars from me. Called the Billing office, they don't care, just tell me I owe the money. They won't call the insurance, they won't take any responsibility even though I went to an IN Network hospital for the test and the hospital was paid in network. Maybe he should not have read the results without asking my permission first? Not very honest practice.
