Dr. Riggs performed my gallbladder surgery. He explained everything thoroughly before the surgery. He did an amazing job. I had no issues or complications.

Was seen in hospital by Dr Joe, but Dr Riggs cam me to see me when he returned from vacation .It was very much appreciated!

Called to confirm my appointment several times. Each time the phone rang and no one ever answered. The day of consultation, I waited 2 hours, before leaving at 5:30 pm without ever being seen by the doctor. No explanation or apology from the doctor or staff. If they can't manage their appointments, how can they manage life and death decisions, surgery, post-op recovery, billing, and insurance issues.

Miss diagnosed and needed second surgery. Out of my pocket. Third surgery needed to correct his error in first surgery

Dr. Riggs is a very nice doctor and seems to be very knowledgeable. His staff (one person) is absolutely one of the most rude inidividuals I have ever met.She was less than helpful multiple times last year after I had a surgery go very wrong and ended up back in the hospital, Contracting MRSA, having two additional surgeries by a differenent physican and on a wound vac for over nine months. Much of this could have been avoided in the first few weeks of the intial surgery had Dr. Riggs and his staff followed up with my husbands countless calls, but Dr. Riggs was always "out of town" or "in surgery" but we could always be assured she would give him the message. I have three children and came very close to dying because of his mistakes and lack of followup care. The surgery he performed made me look grotesque. I wish I had never met that man!

I recommend dr Michael O.Riggs .In oklahoma CityHe performed surgery on my 14 year old son, removing his appendix In 2011 and removing my gall bladder in 2012.I think he is a wonderful doctor with incredible skill and excellentPatient bedside manner.
