REVIEW Negligent Care Doctor Rizen falsified my medical records after performing routine cataract surgery. I saw a Corneal Specialist post cataract surgery and he stated quote: Doctor Rizen should not have performed cataract surgery on this patient (me), given in his own statements that this patient's right eye cornea was unstable. Doctor Rizen should have waited for the cornea to stabalize before ANY surgery". I have made public my documents to support these statements and share my experience with friends, patients and social media. Do not be fooled by Doctor Rizen's superficial care & conern.

I needed cataract surgery so I did a lot of Internet research to get the best surgeon. I found some good reviews but finally called my insurance company for more recommendations. Dr. Risen (Eye Clinic of Bellevue and Issaquah) was the recommended surgeon. What a great experience! Dr. Rizen and his entire staff were excellent! From the exam, thorough explanations, scheduling, surgery, checkup calls to my home... I could not have had better care and outcome. Surgery was great. Now just waiting for eye vision to heal but I can’t believe the very positive change and experience. A huge thanks goes to this excellent doctor and his entire staff. -Pamela B.-

Dec. 5th 2018 Dr. Rizen removed Cataract in left eye. The process and result is so wonderful that the next day I scheduled surgery on my right eye for Dec 19th. Another marvelous result. A process with no pain or discomfort. My vision is much better and I’m seeing colors and light so much better. Yippee...

I had pretty high correction (-6 or so) in both eyes with Astigmatism. Used contact lens for many years until my eyes weren't liking it anymore. Met Dr. Rizen. His professionalism and due diligence in making sure that I was a good candidate for LASIK is SECOND TO NONE. He wouldn't settle on any pre-requisites (love that). I'm now seeing 20/15 and this has been a life changing experience. Surgery was smooth, easy and quick. Highly recommend Dr. Rizen. He is the best in the business!

He is an excellent communicator, organized, informative, knowledgeable, skilled, clear medication plan, and attentive to individual needs. I could not recommend him enough.
