Arrogant is about all I can say. Also. aloof, cold and rude. Waited over 45 minutes. Never asked me any questions. Made me feel like an idiot for being there. Will never recommend him to anyone.

Solid

Dr. Kaplan is a seasoned, perhaps grizzled, veteran of the practice. Pleasant but rather no non-sense, too. He might tend to understate things. He referred me thru to specialists with no qualms. And, while he had specialist recommendations, he let me choose whom I wanted.

Poor bedside manner. I have had a medical issue for many years, that isn't fully resolved. I got the impression that he didn't care to research, or go the extra mile to help.
