He has provided excellent and thorough care since before the births of my children, in 1989 and 1990. I had cesarean birth both times due to labor complications and large birth weights due to gestational diabetes. He has always welcomed my questions, guided me through menopause and beyond.

Worst gyn ever. Don't let him place a cerclage...don't let him near you. He's clueless, callous and severely underqualified for high risk but loves the money in that arena.

I am still alive and well today because 18 years ago, Dr. Spence found a lump in my breast that was breast cancer, and it had spread into my lymph nodes by the time Dr. Spence noticed it. I had a bi-lateral mastectomy, reconstruction, and 7 months of chemotherapy. It was rough, but I am alive today to tell you all to check for those lumps, because I was not. And... see your doctor and have mammograms.

I love him! He's been my Dr for a long time, he's also seen my Mom & 2 of my sister's, so he really knows our family history!
