Dr. Michael I Wiener, DO

DR, Wiener is an excellent Doctor whom I'v been going to for over 38 years. Always a pleasent visit. One of the best around. However his front desk lacks alot. Never get through in less than 5 minutes which I could live with but after waiting for 25 minutes and to be hung up on sucks. Twice I had to go to the office to change or make an appointment. very frustrating. I am very seriously considering changing drs. because of the hassle of getting through.

I started seeing Dr. Weiner about 5 months ago. My very first visit he saw a problem and sent me to the ER. I ended up having to have emergency surgery. On my most recent visit to see him he went above and beyond to get me to see another doctor today to get checked for a problem. And even called me later to check on me to see how things went. Dr. Weiner is the type of doctor you want in charge of your care. He kind caring and compassionate. The things you want your doctor to be. Thank you Dr. Weiner for all you. I would refer everyone I know to him. Hands down one of the best doctors.

I went here for a few years when they were in my insurance. It was a small waiting room but the office was clean and the staff professional.

I have been treated by Dr. Weiner many times. He is a highly knowledgeable and thorough . He asks all the right questions and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wiener's for 25 years. Dr. Wiener is extremely knowledgeable and has taken care of both myself and my wife as well as our children. We are elderly and he had provided excellent care as our age has increased and our need for more through in dept care has been needed. Dr. Wiener saved my wife's life by acting quickly and he also routinely consults with specialists to make sure that he gives correct care. For m kids, they are younger, in their 40s and their families go to Dr. Wiener. He has helped them as their families have grown. He is a great doctor and i would say among the best in Bergen County.

Great office. Great staff. Excellent office manager. They are always there to provide the best care. They really go above and beyond for their patient's! You are always greeted with big smiles at the front desk. I've seen all of the providers there and was treated equally well by all! Definitely recommended!

I have been going to Dr Wiener for quite a few years. He has helped me with two medical problems which needed immediate action and I have not had any problems with any of the specialists he recommended.

My experience being Dr. Weiner's patient at Riverside Medical Griup was awful. The lack of communication and responsiveness to my questions on the app and phone calls to the office was subpar. I have never felt so ignored as a patient in my life. Please learn from my experience. Find you a healthcare provider who will be responsive to your needs.

Being a patient in this practice for over a decade, a year ago there appeared to be an improvement with major staff overhaul. However, now it's worse than it has ever been. I recently sick and was completely misdiagnosed. As my condition kept worsening by the hour after the visit, any attempt to get in touch with the doctor during normal business hours was a frustrating experience. For example, I was coughing up blood, and it took 20 minutes to leave a message with 3 different receptionists and over 2 hours for a PA to call back. Of course, once situation got beyond critical they tried to back-peddle, but by then I was in the hospital. As far as practice itself, expect long waiting times, mistakes/apathy from the staff and doctors who prefer patient volume over quality care. They cater to the insurance companies, not people's needs. After this latest experience, it was clear that if I care for my health I will need another doctor. As soon as I was discharged from the… hospital and was able, I switched my primary care physicians with my insurance company. I recommend you stay away from this practice.
