His billing staff didn't bill for my procedure, then sent me a bill. I called his office they said they would bill it. While I was in the hospital they sent a past due notice and my daughter paid it. It has been six months trying to get my money back after Medicare paid them. After I checked with Medicare on numerous occasions to see if the procedure has been bill, I would call his office, because it had NOT been billed. Finally they bill and get paid. After numerous phone calls and promises, that the check is in the mail. Still I have not received my overpayment. They claim I have a balance. I have a balance because they have not billed Medicare for that procedure.. He is fabulous, but his billing staff is less than desirable.
