I been having appointments with Dr. Arcand since my shoulder surgery, he's really good doctor and always listen and comprehensive about your health problems, he's very nice doctor. also with Dr. Sahabana, who treat my elbows and shoulder problem, she very nice and listen all the problem you had, thank you both for the good service that you offered to your patients, also the staff ladies in the front desk are very cool, i am so happy to be treated with them. I, and my family of athletes, have been visiting Dr Arcand for many years. The PAs, specifically Savannah and Nathan, and Dr Arcand are always great. This time around, Dr Arcand gave me a shoulder injection and went thru all options with me. Always a pleasure to see and get cared for. The wait is usually extensive but something to be expected at this point and I’ll take it being they spend the time necessary when seen.

I had a visit to review my MRI. I first met with the PA, who was great. She explained everything detail by detail. Asking repeatedly if I had any questions. I then met with Dr. Arcand, who also explained my results detail by detail. They both spent a good amount of time with me. I felt very comfortable leaving the appointment.

The only reason for a 4 *rating is that I waited over an hour to be seen. But, once in, the PA and Dr Arcand were great. PA gave me shoulder injection and Dr. Arcand came in to see me after that. I’ve been here before for same injury so I knew what to expect. Dr. Arcand communicated options well and was very easy to talk to.

Great experience with Dr. Arcand. The wait to be unhurried, have all of my questions/concerns addressed was totally worth it. Extremely knowledgeable, realistic and kind doctor. Came here for a second opinion after months of feeling dissatisfied with my previous doctor’s recommendations.
