"15" min visit was over in about 4 minutes. Dr. Thompson did not want to hear my questions or explain the cause of my issue. Re-prescribed and sent to PA for next visit. Daughter left office crying as DR, told her that "if she did not get her (very small) eczema on her hand under control" - the reason we were there was to get such advice, "she would never be allowed in patient care" - daughter is freshman in college with dream of medical profession. It was crushing to say the least. No empathy or compassion. Never going back.

Dr. Thompson was very patient and thorough. Listened to my needs. The staff was great, worked with my schedule and insurance! I'm happy I found Dr. Thompson and found out for myself what the care id receive would be like. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson!

I never leave reviews. Good or bad. But I left this office and immediately cried and I wanted people to know to not waste their time and energy coming to this doctor’s office. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist sounded like she could fall asleep and didn’t care about me or her job. I was hoping that wouldn’t be reflective of the office she represents. However, everyone at the office felt cold and inconsiderate. Especially Dr. Thompson. It felt like she didn’t want to hear what I had to say and didn’t really value any of my concerns. She made me feel like there IS such a thing as a stupid question... Maybe you will have a different experience, but I will not be going back to support this place.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Thompson. She has helped me during a period of suffering from very painful cysts. I was able to get scheduled to see her quickly and she was able to treat them the same day; which provided a great relief. She was very thorough with her explanation of the issue as well as my different options of handling the situation. If you are looking for a thorough doctor who knows their stuff I highly recommend Dr. Michele Thompson.

Only one star because zero stars was not an option! Dr. Thompson is the most arrogant and condescending medical professional I have ever come across. First, always running behind schedule. I once made a comment about this lack of timeliness to the receptionist after sitting in the waiting room for 20+ minutes without anyone saying anything to me. Later I was told by Dr. Thompson that I had “given attitude” to her staff and that I had anger issues! Second, her tone and attitude both come off as condescending as if she’s speaking to a child. She often refers to her handouts instead of giving personalized care and will ask you to refer back to them instead of answering questions. The best decision I made was finding a new provider that treats their patients with respect. My advice is to run, run as fast as possible away from this office and never look back!

Was rude and charged me $196 for a 5-minute visit where no services were performed, and no medical advice was rendered.

Told me I had this skin problem because I was fat. Prescribed some medication that did not clear up the problem like it was supposed to. When I called the office about this she never returned my phone call.

There isn't a lot of parking or waiting space, but neither has been an issue when I've visited. I always found a place to park and had a place to sit while I waited for an appointment. Service was courteous and friendly and I never felt uncomfortable before or during my appointment.

Adequate care. Usually wait 15 minutes, or more, for 4pm apt starts. Has adequately treated my facial acne though won't do anything for my now chapped lips.

I love love love Dr Thompson! She's personable, caring, and a good listener. She addressed all my concerns at my first visit, even though I would have been happy to schedule a second appointment to take care of things. I am telling all my friends and family to see her for their skincare.
