Dr Michelle Rene Lemberger

In preparation for the first time office visit, I filled out the online medical history and sent it online. When I reported to the appointment the receptionist rudely informed me that I had to reschedule - because they did not receive the online medical history. (This information would have been better learned prior to the appointment, perhaps when they texted to confirm the appointment) I offered to fill out the forms, as I was there early - and the receptionist refused due to "Office Policy". I waited three months for this "new patient" appointment. I took off work in order to be there and rearranged my schedule. I thought it would be good "customer service" for them to allow me to be seen after filling out the forms in person. They still refused! Rude, and uncaring attitude for a healthcare facility. I do not recommend this office. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was "out of the office". I asked for a call back from the manager - and never received… one. This office is obviously not customer oriented.

I see Dr Lemberger at the Higginsville Medical Clinic. She and the staff are always courteous and professional. I trust her knowledge and skill. I will return there for my healthcare needs.

Dr. Lemberger has been the best OB/GYN I have ever seen she is always attentive to my needs and issues. I wish every Doctor was like her!...Highly recommend her.

Nurses and dr are not use to customers asking questions and everything seems to be in a hurry

Very paternalistic practice--sadly a common attitude in women's healthcare, but this needs to change.

Dr. Lemberger is a awesome doctor. I was seeing Amy Trout which is a horrible doctor with a bad bedside manner. Dr. Lemberger has an awesome bedside manner. She is very informative and listens to your needs and prescribes the best medicine for it. Wish I had seen her since the beginning of my pregnancy instead of towards the end.
