Dr. Michelle Estella Webster, DO

Recently, I went for my annual OB-GYN appointment at "New Beginnings Healthcare and Spa," with Dr. Webster in South OKC/Moore. While I was waiting to go in, receptionists were taking off masks and walking around in their area (behind the glass, but the window to interact with patients was open.) A nurse opened the door to let a patient back and had her mask around her chin. A customer checked out with her mask around her chin. A man delivered a package with no mask. Finally, I was taken back to the exam room by a nurse with her mask around her neck. As I walked back I could see the doctor in the hall with NO mask at all. I went into the little room with the nurse and she started to take my blood pressure without the mask on. At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth it to go through with this appointment and risk my health or my family's health. Now I have to find a new doctor with an opening, and I wasn't able to get refills on the thyroid meds I was taking, which has really taken its… toll on my body. It's so sad and also angering that health professionals would ignore science and put their long term patients in a position of feeling unsafe when seeking basic healthcare.

She is very thorough

She was determined that I know exactly what was going on with my body and that I understood it ...and from conversations with other doctors before her it was easy...the other doctors, however, didn't take the time to EXPLAIN as she did. Thank you so much!

she has a wonderful personality very sweet listens to the patient takes great care of her patients and has very warm heart and presence i felt comfortable with her shes just a wonderful doctor i just wish i could see her again as my obgyn but looks like she doesnt take soonercare anymore would have liked to bring my kids up who she delivered to show her how they have thrived and grown due to her great work caring for me during my pregnancies and after care with me and the babies. i miss having a great doctor who listens to her patients and cares for each one like she does.

Personable. Spends all the time you need. Answers all questions. Great

I would highly recommend these wonderful physicians for all your needs. They are very professional, kind and caring.

I need to see her, I recently had my ovaries scrapped and developed a hematoma that is very painful

I'm frustrated that she has office staff call with results that can't answer any questions.
