Dr. Miles Patrick William Light, MD

We have been with Dr. Light for over 20 years and he always shows genuine concern for our health and well-being. He never rushes through an appointment and usually spends about 30 minutes or more.

Dr. Light is the BEST. He is the leader of my mothers health team and his office is well run, patient and compassionate. He has not only added years to her life and health with his care, but has improved the quality of her life in just knowing him. He is a S U P E R doctor and we are grateful for him and his healing ways.

Dr. Light is a very caring and compassionate . He goes above and beyond for your treatment.

Tends to run late but otherwise an excellent physician. Takes time to get to know the patient and is a very good doctor.

Would not recommend to anyone. Waited in waiting room with my just turned 4 yrs old autistic son and my mother who was starting into dementia for 1 1/2 hrs. Then another 1/2 hr to 45 min in room waiting for him. While we were in the room he screamed/yelled loudly at my son and told him he was the worst behaved child he had ever seen. Along with a few other not nice things. My son just reached over to get the water from his grandmas side. I was shocked. Then he apologized to my son (who had no clue) but no apology to me(the mom) or my mother. Totally unacceptable.

I would recommend Dr.Light to anyone seeking a good doctor.

Dr. Light was my mother's physician for 14 years. He was EXCEPTIONAL! He made multiple house calls when she lay dying in her bed, and he was always most patient answering our questions-which were many and often. If it weren't for Dr. Light, mom would have given up years beforehand. Our entire family owes a debt of gratitude to Dr. Light! THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A THOROUGH AND CARING DOCTOR!!

Dr. Light spent well over 50 minutes with me for my recent, routine follow up visit. On my initial "meet n greet" visit, he spent more than an hour with me, reviewing all of my medicines and a very thick chart which i had brought from my previous family doctor. He also has called me on occasion with lab results and to make certain i was feeling well after he changed my medicine. Sometimes the wait is a little lenthy, but i know he is thorough and most knowledgeable!

Just saw a specialist who asked "Is Miles Light still practicing?" when told who my doctor was. Have waited over 3 hours in the waiting room.

I had the unfortunate experience of meeting dr. light in the hospital. he was extremely unprofessional. he wore sandals in the hospital while making his rounds and told dirty jokes that were extremely morbid and inappropriate... and this was the first time i met this guy! he asked unprofessional questions reguarding my sexual orientation, etc. if you are ever in saginaw/mid michigan DO NOT go to dr light.
