Dr. Siew-Ming Lee, MD

Dr Lee did my gallbladder surgery two weeks ago. After my primary doctor recommended ultrasound and referral to conservative surgeon, Dr Lee. Pre-op and Post-op. appts on time, front desk was very courteous. Dr was precise in his recommendation for surgery, how it would be done, what recovery time would be. I am very pleased, and would highly recommend Dr Siew-Ming Lee.

some of the surgery scheduler are rude,heard one of them complain to the other worker " all these patients!" that lady and other office workers , when call are short with people ,no patience. they all look like they need a permanent vacation!

Dr. Lee was very good, but the office staff is not very competent. they schedule people when the doctor is not going to be in and then change your appointment with little notice so you can notify your employer.

i really did like dr. lee wouldn't want to go to any other surgeon.

I had inguinal hernia surgery, and my recovery was amazingly fast with little pain. While I was provided with more powerful pain relievers if needed, I never had to use them. The doctor's explanation of my problem and his treatment was clear. He took his time to do a complete profile of my health along with a good exam. He was at my bedside before the surgery, and made sure everything was followed by the attending staff upon recovery.The only low point, was when I called his office the next day for a simple question, the assistant was very short on the phone, gave me the answers I needed in a cold fashion, never thinking of even asking how I was feeling. Quite frankly I expected a phone call from his office asking how I was doing. I do see the DR. for a followup in a week, and will tell him of my experience at that time as well.
