Dr. Mitchell Stuart Shek, MD

I made an app because others Doctors had told me to get the moles on my back mapped. It made me a little concerned. Dr. Shek came in, glanced at my back, said nothing looked concerning, then suggested I make an app for six months from that day. What a joke. Am I really supposed to come in every six months for this guy to collect a check for doing nothing. He barely even looked at anything. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Shek does not care about treatment or patients. I saw him over 2 years and my condition did not improve. There was 0 follow up by him. Often on vacations. Had multiple biopsies with no results shared. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Stopped by while visiting my eye doctor to get a brochure. The snobby, middle aged, blond, receptionist seemed to feel that I was intruding for asking a quick question. A word to Drs. everywhere, be careful of whom you hire for the front desk. It can cost you business. Remember, these days, you are only a commodity.

Came in with a particular issue, was prescribed something to treat it with, given no explanation as to why. Was told no way to prevent it etc., there was zero discussion on the matter. He did, however, zero in on my acne and made that a prime target for the whole visit. I was repeatedly cut off while talking, and the whole ordeal pretty much felt like a three ring circus.

Dr. Shek is the best of the best. My experience with Dr, Shek can best be. described that he is an amalgam of a superior level of education, competence, understanding, and compassion. His clinical offices are staffed with truly competent, kind, and welcoming individuals who appreciate the concerns of all patients. The care and concern has always been the belief and reality demonstrated to me regarding Dr. Shek and his practice.

Have known Dr. Shek for 25 years. Smart, can't even find the scare on my arm, funny. knows his trade.

Dr. Shek is the best. I was referred to him by a friend of mine that is a model here in NY, while I was living in Detroit. He helped clear my skin and reversed the aging look. Now that I have moved to NY I have yet to find someone as competent as him. I know this is hard to believe especially in since I'm living in the city of high fashion and such! But truth be told he is still the best. Thank you, Dr. Shek and Nikki.

My skin looks so great after using products recommended by Dr Shek.I have also had fillers done by Dr Shek who did an exceptional job. It looks very natural and I just look rested and not "plumped up". I would highly recommend Dr Shek for any cosmetic procedures.

The office staff were so pleasant and helpful. Dr Shek was very attentive to my problem and needs, explained everything to me in detail and helped me with my dermalogical issues. I would highly recommend this doctor.
