been going here for a year. unreliable staff unreliable doctor. on complaining about lack of communication and not getting call back after calling and leaving voicemails about refilling medication, the doctor just likes to blame his staff and never takes responsibility that HE Is bad at communication. I was diagnosed with social anxiety and after my visit once I told him that I haven't been able to get in contact with him and iv called and tried to talk to the staff but no one ever gets back with me, he takes me to the front in from of his staff and calls them out saying "we have a complaint" and puts me on the spot infront of them. for someone that has anxiety he triggered me. dont go to this doctor find ANYONE ELSE he cant even remember the simplest detail about you, fake conversations and excuses.

If you are looking for a doctor who will listen go to doctor Al-Sadek. Patient focused. Summarized his plan and gave me options. I am glad I found such doctor.

I am in Fountain Valley hospital for one week. I am was seen by at least 3 doctors with no improvement. I could not breath. When he came in the weekend to cover one of the doctors, he adjusted my medications. By the next day I felt great and was able to go home. Ask for him.

My boys were screaming with ear pain in the clinic. Dr. Mohammad walked in to the exam room and he immediately went to my son and started talking to him. He asked him to hold some medical instrument he had and then he asked him questions and started distracting him till he calmed down. My son finally relaxed and started telling him what was going on. He discovered that both boys has an ear infection. I kid you not, as soon as the boys walked out they were cheerful and happy. He was so kind and patient with my boys. You don't find doctors now days that make eye contact, smile snd make conversation. I don't see how anyone would he disappointed with him as a doctor. Great bedside manners :-)

If you want a caring Doctor Who knows his clinical skills, this is your doctor. I work at a pharmacy and to get a hold of him to approve medication and authorize refills is such an ease. You don’t have to wait for days to get your medication approved. He truly cares for his patients and understands that everyone is an individual, listens to them and help them with their medical needs. You are not just a number to him.

Dr. Alsadek was wonderful in assessing what was wrong and in patiently and calmly making me understand my diagnosis and my options. He is obviously very talented and knowledgeable and his kind and caring demeanor were a definite plus. His professionalism, staff and office were all outstanding.
