Dr. Moshe Ephrat, MD

I was very disappointed in the care that I received from Dr. Ephrat. I chose this doctor because he had nearly perfect reviews which I am now starting to think are fake. I feel that I was completely disregarded by him. From the moment he walked in the room, he looked so disappointed to see me as his patient. For context I am an African American/black female. He sat down in front of his computer and mad no eye contact with me for the entire time. Even after was done looking at my record he didn’t look my way! His body language and speech showed he did not care about anything I was complaining about in regard to my chronic sinus issues. He looked in my nose and said my nose is so swollen he can’t see anything but suggested I follow a nose spray regimen that my last ENT prescribed. I had so many questions for him and left with all unanswered. I was frustrated I even started crying in his office. He stated to me two times " I don’t have to be his patient". I was genuinely confused because… both times he made the statement it came out of nowhere there was nothing that warranted it. When I started crying, he didn't even flinch no sympathy poor bedside manner. I got up gathered my belongings he opened the door for me to exit and the last thing he said to me was "let me know if you need any prescriptions filled." I was flawed at how this organization can allow a doctor like that to work there. But it made me think there’s no way he can treat every patient the way he treated me or else he would be out of a job. That’s when I made the conclusion, I was treated poorly due to another reason. One that only he can answer. either way I’m appalled and saddened. It was a waste of money and time. I’m sure he doesn’t treat his white patients that way.

Dr Efrat was very professional friendly. He gave me time, and provided an environment in which I felt comfortable, asking questions. He explained the process, the diagnosis and follow up very clearly.

He’s friendly, takes time to listen to what you are experiencing, and finds the solution. This was not a first time visit, only at this new beautiful location.

Office staff very efficient and professional It was my first time with this doctor and if I have further problems I will definitely go back to him.
