Dr. Munawar Haider, MD

Although I think Dr. Smith is an awesome Doctor. Amy who is the office manager of Preferred Primary Care is very unprofessional. Doesn’t take patients seriously. Does not listen to the patient, when conversing over talks and tries to rush off the phone. Does not follow up as promised with referrals or appointments. Office is understaffed and never answers the phone during business hours you have to continuously call or leave messages to get a call back. Callbacks are not always same day. Great doctor horrible staff.

dr is fine doctor takes care his nurse kely has bad attitude i have seen doctor for a year and left that clinic just because of her predgouness.

At 63, a male, needing a new pcp after moving to Bedford, I chose Dr Haider. He has proven to be a great doctor, the one I've missed for a very long time. He just moved to Suite 420 after leaving Kaner Medical to join Preferred Primary Care. Good to know he still takes my Ambetter insurance but filling out those knew patient forms again, not so good. They were able to email the forms, thank goodness.

I would recommend Dr. Haider to anyone. Very intelligent and great at diagnosing mental or physical illnesses. Very thorough in examing.
