Dr. Mythili R Ramachandran, MD

They are completely unorganized, the office is messy, the front desk gal has no customer service skills. Then after seeing the Dr. for about 5 minutes she forces an expensive drug on me that I had no knowledge of and had me take it right in her office before leaving. I was really uncomfortable about the whole thing but thought, she's the dr. Then I get a bill that has no explanation and no way to pay. They had my name wrong so it was denied by insurance. I called and explained and said I would get a call back, never did. Just another bill again with no explanation and no way to pay! I would NEVER recommend this office - completely unorganized, NOT professional in anyway, and not a doctor I trust!

Very rushed to get to next appionment. Just gets up and walks out while you are still asking questions. Gives you all new meds. that are new releases after I asked to not get new ones, she wants the kick back. I have asked for three different references one of them I had the Doctors name I asked several time but never got anywhere. They dont answer their phone a lot of the time so I have to leave a message. And the front desk chick Jenifer is a cold snoty person.

Dr. Ramachandran is truly a very special person. She has great knowledge of the medical profession and practices it with diligence, patience and outstanding resolve to what your concern may be. She is very pleasant and approachable which is a big comfort when you need to express what is going on with your situation. My husband and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ramachandran had been my doctor for a number of years. I recently moved out of the area & have yet to find a doctor as caring as she. Her staff are helpful & kind. She took the time to explain difficult issues to me, helped me understand my condition better & encouraged me at every visit. Thank you Dr. Ram!!

Pro: Very knowledgeable, Easy to get appts, Con: Fairly cold, Really pressures and threatens more meds if goals aren't reached, Rushes to next appt., I find that appts with her really stress me out, and the hard work I put into good results are met with what I still have to accomplish.

My husband, I and our grown kids have been patients of Dr.Ram ( Dr.Arigala before) for 13 years. She has seen us through many problems , my breast cancer , hubbys heart attack , adult children with diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis . For many of the problems she made the diagnosis and guided our care. We could not ask for a more empathetic doctor .

The receptionist is horrid and unpleasant. Does not dedicate attention to patient. Several tests performed with no concern, no dedication at finding the results. Dismissive, prescription happy and cold doctor. Highly recommend you seek other professionals. I switched doctors after repeatedly being forced to wait well over an hour after my appointment time. I couldn't stand it any longer. If I had an appt. scheduled for 1, I would assume I wouldn't be taken till at least 2:30. Even when I was the first appt. of the day at 8:30, she would show up to the office well after 9. She even called me at home to apologize for being so late for an appt and promised to be on time for my rescheduled appt., but she was an hour late again. That's the last time I went to see her.

I am surprised to read one of the reviews on this page about my doctor. the lady who complained about the CT scan . My husband was diagnosed with kidney cancer which had not spread due to this doctor not ignoring the blood in the urine symptom and getting a CT scan . and the lady says the CT scan showed kidney stone , this also could have caused the blood in the urine. I do not like to see the reputation of diligent doctors ruined on the internet .
