Dr. Najmus Saqib, MD

after a mammogram with questionable results I was called in for another mammogram, after that one I had an ultrasound, then I was called back in for another ultrasound. My primary care physician's office called me and said that I needed an MRI. I have never met nor spoken with Dr Saqib, and I have not been told why I need an MRI. The office staff only referred to him as "the radiologist" and I only found out his name when I called the hospital's Quality Assurance dept and filed a complaint. I could not give ratings to many of the categories because I have never actually seen the Dr, just the office staff and mammogram and ultrasound techs. The last ultrasound I had to wait over an hour to be seen, despite having a scheduled appt. the two previous appts were with the mammogram dept and I had to wait about 5 mins after my appt time. Federal law requires that the radiologist send a report written in plain English to the patient within 30 days of a mammogram, it is over 30 days and… I am still waiting. I have contacted another facility and had my records sent over for all my future care. I will not go back.
