Dr Bastien is wonderful but the billing department is inept, doesn't return calls and engages in insurance fraud.

This doctor is the most compassionate and caring and thorough doctor I’ve ever met! She hugs me and she holds my hand when I’m going thru a lot and she speaks words of encouragement, ALL the time! She takes so much time with you and makes sure she hears all of your concerns. Just amazing!

Dr. Bastien-Montpeirous is an amazing doctor. It was my first time there and she made me feel comfortable and I felt like I knew her for years. Would definitely recommend her to anyone. She's amazing!

Dr. Bastien is an extremely caring, compassionate and warm person aside from being a great physician. She balances humor with sound advice and diagnosis, as well as warmth and professionalism. I find it easy to talk to her and she actually listens. Not something many physicians do, unfortunately. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bastien-Montpeirous is one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. And I have high standards, being the daughter of a Harvard trained research surgeon. Her diagnostic skills are extraordinary, the notes she takes are excellent, she listens, she has a heart. The time spent in the waiting room for her is worth it.

This doctor saved my life--I will not get into details but if it wasn't for her .......... sometimes the wait time for her is way too long but it's worth it. She LISTENS to you and she honestly cares what happens to you. I would recommend her to anyone.
