Doctor Schulman A Truly Great Gastro Doctor, Harder To Find, Harder To Part With And Impossible To Forget. Doctor Schulman has been my Doctor for many, many years. When I call the office to have Dr. Schulman call me back, he will call me back even at 7:30 at night. Dr. Schulman to my surprise called me even on a Sunday. What an amazing Doctor with a amazing bed side manner. Not an alarmist but will keep trying different medications until he gets the one that works. Will send one only if he thinks necessary for a test to make sure that nothing else is going on. I am older than Doctor Schulman, however, if I had a Grandpa, would like a carbon copy of Dr. Schulman. Do not hesitate to have him as your Gastro Doctor.

I first met Dr. Schulman in 1988 when he diagnosed me with Ulcerative Colitis. I was young and scared out of my mind, but he put me at ease with his warmth and kindness. He is, by far, the best doctor I have ever seen both with his bedside manner and knowledge. The only reason I stopped seeing him is because I moved out of state, and every doctor I have seen since then has paled in comparison.

Dr. Schulman is one of the most caring, kind and considerate doctors I know. He cares for both me and my son, who has Crohn's Disease. He understands the fears that we share and the care that he gives is exemplary. We love Dr. Schulman.

I have the privilege of having many wonderful doctor's in my life, but only Dr. Schulman makes me feel that he truly cares about me. He is always present - never distracted; he is kind and gentle, he is brilliant, and he is one of a kind in today's frenetic world of medicine. Sadly there aren't too many like him anymore.

Dr. Schulman is by far the most comforting and intelligent doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He is present at all visits, he is compassionate, and he responds to calls in a very timely fashion. I never have to wait hours to hear from him - he's a true professional in every sense of the word!

I sought out Dr. Schulman due to IBS, which was seriously undermining my ability to socialize away from home. He was extremely understanding and supportive. He ordered DNA stool testing, and called me with the results. When the test only showed low digestive enzymes, Dr. Schulman understood that I couldn’t take the prescription enzymes due to dairy content and guided me towards over the counter ones that were dairy free. He also recommended a powerful probiotic formula and approved the one I found that was also dairy free. Dr. Schulman is a very compassionate person, a good listener, and is very open minded.

An incredible diagnostician. The most incredible bedside manner ! The best physician for performing endoscopies of any kind. All wrapped up in an incredible kind, caring and conscientious doctor. In addition, his staff is amazing...always poilte and smiling .
