Dr. Nechama Bernhardt, MD

Only seen hospital in-patient.

I really like Dr. Bernhardt's direct, no nonsense manner. She is very thorough compared to other doctors I've had and has provided first rate care for my MS. I highly recommend this neurologist.

I saw this Dr. years ago @ the advice of my other Dr. to rule out MS or other neuro. conditions due to frightening symptoms I'd been having. At the time, I had worked in the health care field myself for many years. During the history taking, she looked right at me and stated that I was making everything up!!!! At the time, I was too stunned to defend myself before fleeing the office, so I am writing now to warn other unsuspecting patients that she is an extremely mean-spirited person who should learn keep her personal opinions to herself. I've since been diagnosed properly with autonomic nervous system dysfunction (POTS) and being treated properly by a more professional neuro. I've never been treated worse by any other physician.
