Dr. Nicholas Michael Panagiotis, MD

This office is simply HORRIBLE at communicating. Calls go to an answering service 96% of the time, no one calls back, 99.999% of the time emails are also not responded to, and the other 4% of calls state that the call cannot be completed at this time. My son was assigned to this doctor via Tarzana Providence hospital, where he was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and left hung out to dry with this doctor. The one time we were able to see him he seemed like he was sympathetic to the unresponsiveness of his office, and ordered more testing and a follow up, but we haven't been able to reach him again! Not even for the bill payment!! It's ridiculous.

Wait time of about 45 mins. Did not have my file or test results available. I could hear him talking on the phone about his vacation while I waited in the room next to his office for a half hour.

This review is about Doctors' office manager. I was a patient with another Dr in that suite. Down the hall I hear a woman saying, among other things: "listen, sweetheart, you work for me, I don't work for you" and "why are you leaving at 5:30 today? Dr is very unhappy" and "... if you want to keep your job here". YIPE! Not what one expects to hear in a medical suite! When she started recapping the issue with someone else, in a room directly across the hall and the door wide open, I walked to the door and told her I thought her conversation was very unprofessional. She followed be back INTO the examining room, to tell me that she was the office manager, and she was married to the Dr, and that maybe there should be a closed door. MINE. So yeah, after bullying an employee, she came after me for saying she was unprofessional. Again, I know nothing about the Dr. But the woman running his office is flat abusive.

Dr. Panagiotis is the best doctor ever! He provides the best quality of care, he is compassionate and caring.

He was my primary physician for 30 years. He always took excellent care of me. I quit going since he no longer took my BlueCross PPO insurance.

One of the best MD in california. very caring,accuracy in what your problem is 100%. I have no problem with the wait because he listen to everyone thats why you wait he dosen't rush with you.
