Dr. Nicole Marie Ducharme, DO

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Ducharme. I was reading all the glowing reviews, but that was not the doctor I saw. The doctor I saw was rushed, didn't let me (the patient) get a word in, and became very defensive when I questioned a proposed treatment option. Also, I reached out to her to try and figure out what went wrong, but her (and her office) did not respond to my email. Obviously, I won't be going back.

Dr ducharme is a wonderful doctor .she is very conscientious and very knowledgeable of her specialty. I would highly recommend her. She is an excellent find . I travel from Festus to see dr.Ducharne. I would see no other doctor.

Avoid this individual at all costs! My mother arrived at her office and Nicole Ducharme DO, refused treatment in violation of her Osteopathic Oath. She stated since my mother was under the care of another physician (who she believed to be an Endocrinologist but in actuality specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis, measurement of bone density, metabolic bone disorders, Paget's disease of the bone) she would not treat her for her potential Diabetic Condition. Nicole Ducharme said to find my mother a primary care physician or to take her directly to the ER

Dr. Ducharme is by far the best Endo I have ever had. She pays meticulous attention to detail and knows how to get results with corrective measures. Her support staff is not only polite but ore importantly well trained! Kudos and keep up the good work !

Impossible to get through the office by phone. Very long hold times without even speaking to a live person first. Took over a week from my appointment to get a call for simple, time sensitive lab results. I had to call 4 times just to get any info.

I tried to reschedule my last appointment due to a family emergency . I made numerous calls over two days and got no answer. Yesterday I received a bill for this appointment that I was unable to reschedule in the time frame required.

She is very intelligent and experienced. She really knows what she is doing. She remembers me.

I'm glad Dr, Ducharme is my doctor.

if you see another doctor in her office after you've seen her she will talk to you like crap. She only wants you to see her!! You've been warned!

You're a number. Double-booking: once waited 1 hour for 7:45 AM appt, saw her slip into other patients' rooms- NO acknowledgement of/apology for lateness. Begins appts with rapid-fire questions followed by 5-second man-handling "exam." PERFECTLY followed her advice for months, she made NOT ONE comment on marked improvements, only "not good enough." Renewed wrong Rx, forgot call-backs. Harsh, lacks basic empathy & courtesy, seemingly views you as a set of test results, not a person.
