I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the billing practices at your facility. I have been a patient for many years without issue, but I was recently charged $255 for an office visit in addition to my annual pap smear. My insurance company requested a coding review, yet the clinic maintained that the charges were accurate. During my appointment, the only discussion beyond the procedure involved a brief inquiry about my well-being and a mention that I was due for a mammogram. I do not believe that these standard interactions justify a separate office visit charge. It is disappointing to see patients being charged for services they expect to be fully covered as preventative care. Due to these billing practices, I will no longer be seeking care at this clinic and will be sharing my experience with others.

I had far more pain AFTER having surgery with this doctor than I did before. Do not see this doctor if you have endometriosis. She will only cauterize the lesions and leave the endometriosis inside. I had to have a second surgery with a different doctor only a few months later. She is not trained to treat this disease.
