I came there from another pain management doctor who was absolutely horrible and her procedure hurt me instead of helping me and I was shocked when I came there and saw Eric who had been fired from the other office and if I would have had to see him I would have been totally hopeless but instead I saw another NP Sarah Galloway and she answered all of my questions she asked me other questions and gave me exactly what I was looking for and Eric didn't do any of that however five stars for dr. Seth and Sarah Galloway because today I am in less pain because of his procedure that actually helped I would recommend this place to anybody if they are suffering from pain and they need relief thank you dr. Seth and Sarah Galloway for making my life better

Very disconcerting and chaotic environment. Never actually met the MD. Was managed by MAs operating outside their scope. Humiliating experience by someone with real pain who was treated like a drug addict. Would not return.

Without Dr Seth’s help I would be a mess without hope. Because of him & his team I have hope again to resume my life, career & future with reduced pain. I see one day to be pain free & thriving vs just surviving. My family is so thankful as well to see her mommy in better spirits.

I’ve been seeing Dr. smalls-Walker for a few months. He seems genuinely concerned about with my multiple conditions. I’m very grateful.

If you are not ready for it or if you came from another dr who was more mellow, the pace this place runs through the Patient appointments may be daunting. it definitely feels like a cattle drive at first. They can go through the waiting room of 20 patients in nearly as many minutes it seems. That can be a plus in your books if waiting at a doc is not pleasant for you. But it can be an issue once you are in the room and you need to talk for more than your allotted 9 minutes. (That is when it is important to pick the type of Provider that fits your personality. this is an efficient office and we are glad we are here.) In this rushing through, we ended up not have the same provider for two appointments in a row for the first year. Even though this was disconcerting and (we had only had to switch to here because our original doctor retired) it did allow us to have a chance to meet each one of the providers and find the one that fitted the need of my wife. This provider was by far the… most kind and had the most patience of them all. Another thing on being passed around providers is they do not get to know you. you end up being a number and lumped into the mass, and each one has to assume you are here for nefarious purposes. Or if they do not they did not allay your feeling of that, as i know most of us who have loved ones in pain and deal with this chronic condition going to any where and needing this drug that is so widely abused with the stigma attached to is even if the provider does not have the thought of abuser first until otherwise proven we as patients and their advocates DO feel that others think that way. Dr. Nikesh is very nice, but he is working at three times the speed of a normal person. He has a habit of standing the entire time he is in the room with you and although he does not actually do it he gives the very strong impression that he is looking at his watch every thirty seconds. Dr Cosijns simple did not have enough patience for her patients. If you are slow to reply she seems to get annoyed. No Nonsense looks at the paperwork decides on a plan and executes. Julie Taylor was a close second to the kindest person in the office. She gives a 28-day usage speech right off the bat to let you know she does not fool around but then softens and listens. After meeting the three above and we one day had to see Emily Tyler....what a difference! we asked to ONLY see Emily Tyler after our times with her. Emily Tyler Sits, asks how are you doing. Listens to you, talks like a friend and her kindness is overflowing. Knows her stuff and came up with a cream that was incredible. My wife actually looks forward to seeing this lady each month. after a year and a half of being fearful of who we could get, which in turn elevates your physical pain, my wife now laughs and is joyful when meeting this lady who asks her questions, then truly listens to what my wife says even if she is slow to get her words out. So in summary, have hope. meet each one and find the dc with the personality that you like. If you want no-nonsense get in and get out there is one for you. If you are not there to make a friend and this is a part of life you just have to deal with, there is one for you. If you live every day in and out non-stop in pain and you want is someone to sit and talk to and empathize with you and in their way help not only with the meds for relieving your pain even a little but helping lift your emotions there is Absolutely one there for you too.

The doctors and staff are great! Dr. Seth worked with me created a treatment plan to deal with my pain. I definitely would recommend Integrated Pain Consultants to anyone in chronic pain.
