Waited 90 mins and still wasn't seen

As another physician who has had the opportunity to share patients with Dr. Ramadhar, I have observed for myself her dedication, thoroughness and caring manner. It is not an accident that when my trusted internist of the past 30 years retired, I asked Dr. Ramadhar to take over. I have since learned that other colleagues I respect have made the same choice for their care. There is no higher compliment for a physician than when another doctor entrusts his own or his family's care to him or her.

Dr. Ramadhar saw my husband in an extreme emergency situation at MMC. She was kind, thorough, compassionate, competent and level headed under chaotic circumstances. She went well above and beyond what I would expect of an emergency room doctor. A superb diagnostician! She immediately realized the complication based on his recent surgical history, and further testing confirmed her diagnosis. She followed up on him after admission, and conferred with his surgeon at another hospital on coordinating his care. There was no ego involved. She was more than willing to work with his previous surgeon. It was all about the good of the patient. Literally, she saved his life.A wonderful, warm, caring and gracious doctor. There was no question too insignificant that she would not answer clearly and concisely. She, as well as the entire staff at MMC, were absolutely wonderful to us as a family. We were thoroughly impressed with the emergency room care and follow-up care after admission. I… would highly recommend Dr. Ramadhar
